In a much-anticipated announcement, the roster for the 2026 USA Boxing Women’s Elite High Performance Team and Squad has been revealed. Following an intensive selection camp, fifteen exceptional boxers have been chosen to represent the United States in international competitions throughout the year.
The selection process culminated at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, where a rigorous one-month camp was held from January 11 to February 11. The USA Boxing High Performance department meticulously evaluated the athletes, ultimately selecting seven boxers for the Elite Team and eight for the Squad.
These elite athletes are set to compete in a series of prestigious international events. The Elite Team will participate in four major tournaments, starting with the Strandja Tournament in Bulgaria from February 19 to March 2. They will then travel to Brazil for the World Boxing Cup #1 from April 20 to 26, followed by the World Boxing Cup #2 in China from June 15 to 20. The season will conclude with the PanAmerican Championships in Mexico from October 10 to 17.
The Squad will also have the opportunity to showcase their skills on the international stage, with competitions in Finland and the Netherlands. The Gee Bee event in Finland is scheduled for April 6 to 12, and the Eindhoven Cup in the Netherlands will take place from May 18 to 26.
The Elite Team roster includes Noelle Haro from Austin, Texas; Yoseline Perez from Houston, Texas; Alyssa Mendoza from Caldwell, Idaho; Alisha Crockett from Phoenix, Arizona; Marie-Angelis Rosendo from Deland, Florida; Simona Winkler from Seattle, Washington; and Naomi Graham from Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Squad features Jennifer Lozano from Laredo, Texas; Jayshannet Zapata from Newburgh, New York; Quermauri (Summer) Polk from Cypress, Texas; Deborah Grant from Fayetteville, North Carolina; Norely Ramirez from Tyler, Texas; Alexis Proctor from Rowlett, Texas; Sage Rosario from Manhattan, Kansas; and Kendra Samargis from Twin Falls, Idaho.
Under the guidance of Head Coach Billy Walsh and Elite Assistant Coach Edward Fonteneaux, along with Developmental Coach Nikki Burleson, these athletes are poised to make a significant impact on the international boxing scene. The coaching staff’s expertise and the athletes’ dedication promise an exciting year ahead for Team USA.
As the team prepares for their upcoming competitions, fans and supporters are encouraged to follow their journey and cheer them on as they strive for excellence and represent the Stars and Stripes with pride.
