In the world of boxing, the saying goes that iron sharpens iron. And in the lead-up to his highly anticipated bout against Brian Muratalla on June 17th, Cuban sensation Andy Cruz has been honing his skills alongside none other than the dynamic Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis.

Cruz, known for his technical prowess and lightning-fast combinations, has been putting in the hard yards at Ennis’ training camp in Philadelphia. The two have been sparring and exchanging notes, with Ennis providing valuable insights into his own experiences in the ring.

The bout against Muratalla, which is set to take place at the Madison Square Garden in New York, is a significant step up for Cruz. Muratalla, a seasoned campaigner with a record of 22-1, is known for his aggressive style and relentless pressure. Cruz, with a pristine record of 14-0, will be looking to showcase his skills against a top-tier opponent.

Ennis, who has been a vocal supporter of Cruz, has been impressed with the Cuban’s work ethic and dedication. ‘Andy is a special talent,’ Ennis said. ‘He’s got the skills, the heart, and the desire to be great. I’m just happy to be a part of his journey.’

Cruz, for his part, has been grateful for the opportunity to train with Ennis. ‘Jaron is a great fighter and an even better person,’ Cruz said. ‘He’s been a big help to me, and I’m looking forward to putting what I’ve learned into practice against Muratalla.’

As the fight date draws near, all eyes will be on Cruz to see if he can continue his impressive run and add another victory to his record. With Ennis in his corner, Cruz is sure to be in the best shape of his life and ready to take on all comers.

Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting bout and the preparations of these two rising stars in the world of boxing.
