In a significant move that underscores Zuffa Boxing’s growing influence in the pugilistic world, Dana White’s promotional outfit has successfully signed two more world-class fighters to its roster. Richardson Hitchins, the reigning IBF junior welterweight champion, and Edgar Berlanga, a formidable super middleweight contender, have both inked multi-fight deals with the burgeoning promotion.

Zuffa Boxing, the brainchild of UFC president Dana White, has been making waves in the boxing scene since its inception earlier this year. With a string of successful events under its belt, the promotion has been steadily amassing a stable of elite fighters, and the additions of Hitchins and Berlanga are sure to bolster its reputation further.

Hitchins, a 28-year-old Brooklyn native, brings a wealth of experience and accolades to Zuffa Boxing. A two-time New York Golden Gloves champion, Hitchins also represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics. His professional career has been marked by a string of impressive victories, and he is widely regarded as one of the best super-lightweights in the world today.

“I’m very grateful for this opportunity,” Hitchins said, expressing his enthusiasm for joining Zuffa Boxing. “I want to thank Dana White, Nick Khan, and my manager, Keith Connolly, for giving a kid from Brooklyn the chance to fight on the biggest stage against the world’s best fighters. With Zuffa Boxing in my corner, I’m going to show the world that I am a pound-for-pound, generational fighter.”

Berlanga, also 28 and hailing from Brooklyn, is no stranger to the spotlight himself. With an impressive professional record that includes a streak of 22 consecutive victories, Berlanga has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the super middleweight division. His signing with Zuffa Boxing marks a new chapter in his career, and he is eager to prove himself on the grand stage.

“Zuffa Boxing is changing the game,” Berlanga declared. “Thank you to Dana White, Nick Khan, and the entire Zuffa Boxing team for believing in my talent. I’m here for the biggest fights on boxing’s best platform, and I can’t wait to show the world what I’m capable of.”

The signings of Hitchins and Berlanga represent a significant coup for Zuffa Boxing, as the promotion continues to attract top-tier talent. With a growing roster of world-class fighters and a proven track record of success, Zuffa Boxing is quickly establishing itself as a major player in the world of professional boxing. As the promotion gears up for its next slate of events, fight fans around the world eagerly await the debuts of Hitchins and Berlanga under the Zuffa Boxing banner.
