In a gritty middleweight bout that kept fans on the edge of their seats, Darius Fulghum and David Stevens fought to a majority draw at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The intense matchup, which took place on November 8, 2025, was a testament to the resilience and determination of both fighters.

The judges’ scorecards read 96-94 in favor of Fulghum, and 95-95 on the other two cards, reflecting the closely contested nature of the fight. From the opening bell, both Fulghum and Stevens displayed a willingness to engage in the center of the ring, trading heavy blows and showcasing their skills.

Fulghum, known for his aggressive style, came out strong in the early rounds, landing powerful jabs and combinations that seemed to stagger Stevens. However, Stevens, a seasoned veteran, weathered the storm and began to find his rhythm in the middle rounds. His counterpunches and body shots started to take a toll on Fulghum, making the fight increasingly competitive.

As the bout progressed, the intensity only heightened. Both fighters showed remarkable endurance, refusing to back down despite the mounting fatigue. The later rounds were a true test of their championship mettle, with each man digging deep to find the energy to continue trading blows.

The final bell rang with both fighters still standing, a testament to their toughness and determination. The crowd at the Dickies Arena erupted in applause, appreciating the heart and effort displayed by both Fulghum and Stevens. The majority draw decision was met with a mix of reactions, but it was clear that both fighters had left everything in the ring.

This middleweight showdown served as a thrilling undercard to the main event featuring Vergil Ortiz Jr. and Erickson Lubin. While the main event had its own highlights, the Fulghum vs. Stevens bout was undoubtedly one of the most memorable fights of the night.

As the dust settles on this epic battle, fans are already looking forward to potential rematches and future bouts featuring these two warriors. One thing is certain: both Darius Fulghum and David Stevens have proven themselves to be formidable contenders in the middleweight division.
