    In a thrilling revelation for boxing enthusiasts worldwide, Tyson Fury has set his sights on a monumental showdown with Anthony Joshua following his upcoming comeback fight against Arslanbek Makhmudov. The anticipation for a Fury vs. Joshua bout has been simmering for over a decade, and fans are eager to see this dream match materialize.

    Fury, known as ‘The Gypsy King,’ is set to end his brief retirement and step back into the ring on April 11 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to face Makhmudov. The Morecambe native has expressed his enthusiasm for a potential clash with Joshua, which he believes is the most significant fight in the world of boxing today.

    “If it’s a fight to be made, let’s get it done,” the 37-year-old Fury stated. “Let me get Makhmudov out of the way, and we’re on. The biggest fight for me in world boxing and the biggest fight in the world of boxing is me versus AJ. Even today, even after all these years, it’s still the biggest fight in boxing.”

    Joshua’s future in the ring had been uncertain following a tragic car accident in December, which resulted in the loss of two close friends and left him with minor injuries. This incident occurred just 10 days after his knockout victory over Jake Paul. Despite this setback, Joshua has shown resilience and is preparing for his return.

    Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, has indicated that the two-time heavyweight world champion is likely to make his comeback in July. Hearn mentioned that Joshua has begun his training camp in Spain and is showing promising signs of readiness.

    “I think it’s very likely he’ll have that warm-up fight in July,” Hearn said. “Obviously, there are conversations with Turki Alalshikh and his representatives will be with me next week. A lot of it depends on how he feels. He’s done four days in camp and he’ll have his second week next week.”

    Hearn added, “If he feels unbelievable and watches Fury vs. Makhmudov and decides to go straight in, maybe. But my gut feeling is we’ll have that fight in July and then fight Tyson Fury at the end of the year.”

    The potential Fury vs. Joshua bout has the boxing world buzzing with excitement. Fans are eagerly awaiting the outcome of Fury’s fight against Makhmudov and Joshua’s return to the ring, hoping that these events will pave the way for the ultimate heavyweight showdown.
