Kicking off the championship boxing calendar of 2026, an unprecedented all-women’s card is set to captivate fans worldwide. The main event features the indomitable Amanda Serrano, a future Hall-of-Famer and the reigning women’s featherweight champion, defending her WBA and WBO titles against the formidable Reina Tellez. This historic bout is scheduled to take place in Serrano’s home country of Puerto Rico, with the fighters expected to make their ring walks around 11:00 p.m. ET.

Amanda Serrano, a trailblazer in women’s boxing, holds a remarkable record of 47-4-1 with 31 KOs. Her impressive stoppage rate is a testament to her prowess in the ring. Serrano made history in 2022 with her landmark fight against Katie Taylor at Madison Square Garden, a bout that paved the way for some of the most significant women’s boxing events globally. As the only Puerto Rican boxer, male or female, to win world titles in more than four divisions, Serrano’s legacy continues to grow.

The main card of this highly anticipated event begins at 8:00 p.m. ET, with the Serrano-Tellez showdown slated for around 11:00 p.m. ET. Boxing enthusiasts can catch the free prelims on YouTube starting at 3:15 p.m. ET, setting the stage for an evening of thrilling matches.

In addition to the main event, the co-main event features a clash for the WBA Lightweight Title between Stephanie Han and Holly Holm. This bout promises to deliver high-intensity action and further elevate the status of women’s boxing.

Serrano’s decision to proceed with the fight, even after Tellez missed weight and became ineligible to win the belt, underscores her commitment to the sport and her fans. Despite Tellez stepping in on short notice, Serrano viewed this as an opportunity to showcase her skills in front of a hometown crowd. Serrano’s confidence and gratitude for the chance to keep the date highlight her professionalism and dedication.

As the boxing world looks ahead to a promising year, the Serrano-Tellez bout is poised to set the tone for an exciting 2026. Serrano’s future plans remain uncertain, but her association with Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions continues to open doors for high-profile opportunities. Fans eagerly await her next move as she cements her legacy in the sport.

Don’t miss out on this historic night of boxing. Tune in at 8:00 p.m. ET for the main card and witness the main event around 11:00 p.m. ET, depending on the duration of the undercard matches. The prelims will be available for free on YouTube starting at 3:15 p.m. ET, offering a full evening of top-tier women’s boxing.
