In a highly anticipated heavyweight showdown, Derek Chisora enters the ring as the slight favorite to defeat Deontay Wilder this Saturday. The bout, set to take place at the iconic O2 Arena, marks what Chisora has declared as the final fight of his illustrious career. With a record of 36-13 and 23 knockouts, Chisora is poised to end his career on a high note, backed by odds of 4/9.

The 42-year-old British heavyweight has secured his last three victories by decision, but the odds favor him to stop ‘The Bronze Bomber’ at 5/4. A points victory for Chisora is priced at 13/5. On the other side of the ring, Deontay Wilder, with a record of 44-4-1 and 43 knockouts, is no stranger to high-stakes battles. The 40-year-old former WBC heavyweight champion, known for his devastating punching power, is priced at 7/4 to win the bout.

Wilder, who successfully defended his WBC title ten times before losing it to Tyson Fury, is seen as having the best chance of victory through a stoppage win at 13/5. His last points victory came in 2015 against Bermane Stiverne, and a decision win for Wilder is priced at 9/1. The possibility of a draw, similar to Wilder’s first bout with Fury in 2018, is valued at 16/1.

The odds for a Chisora victory by knockout, technical knockout, or disqualification vary by round, with the highest odds for a first-round victory at 40/1. Similarly, the odds for a Wilder victory by knockout, technical knockout, or disqualification also vary by round, with the highest odds for a first-round victory at 40/1.

As the boxing world eagerly awaits this heavyweight clash, all eyes will be on the O2 Arena to see if Derek Chisora can indeed bow out with a triumphant final hurrah or if Deontay Wilder will add another impressive victory to his storied career.
