In a significant move that has sent ripples through the boxing world, Jared Anderson, once hailed as the future of American heavyweight boxing, has signed a three-fight co-promotional deal with Queensberry Promotions, in collaboration with Top Rank. This development marks a new chapter in the career of the talented pugilist, who has seen both triumph and adversity in his professional journey.

Anderson’s amateur career was nothing short of stellar, with two U.S. national championship titles under his belt. His transition to the professional ranks was equally impressive, as he quickly dispatched his early opponents, securing four first-round stoppages in his first five fights. His victories against seasoned boxers like Jerry Forrest, Charles Martin, and Andrii Rudenko further solidified his reputation as a rising star.

However, his career hit a snag when he suffered a devastating knockout loss to Martin Bakole in 2024. This setback was followed by a lackluster decision victory over Marios Kollias at Madison Square Garden in 2025, leaving many to question his future in the sport. Despite these challenges, Anderson’s talent and potential remain undeniable.

Queensberry Promotions, known for its formidable heavyweight stable including Agit Kabayel, Fabio Wardley, and Daniel Dubois, has now added Anderson to its roster. The American heavyweight is set to face Sol Dacres on the undercard of the Wardley vs. Dubois fight on May 9. This bout will serve as a crucial test for Anderson as he looks to reignite his career.

Frank Warren, the renowned promoter, expressed his enthusiasm about the signing: “I am thrilled to add Jared to our heavyweight ranks. Queensberry is the Home of the Heavyweights and the perfect platform for him to stay active and feature in the biggest fights.”

Warren also highlighted the pleasure of collaborating with Bob Arum and Top Rank, emphasizing the excitement that Anderson’s addition brings to their stable on both sides of the Atlantic. “Jared’s next fight will take place on British soil, with further details to be announced shortly,” Warren added.

As Anderson prepares for his upcoming fight, the boxing world will be watching closely. His journey, marked by both promise and setbacks, continues to captivate fans and pundits alike. With the support of Queensberry Promotions and Top Rank, Anderson has the opportunity to reclaim his status as a top contender in the heavyweight division.
