For now, Doyle is backing his fellow Dubliner but is open to the idea of a future derby meeting. “I wish him the best of luck,” Doyle said. “I’ll be rooting for him. He’s more than capable of winning.”
However, looking further ahead, Doyle is not ruling out the possibility of sharing the ring with Alabi. “Yeah, definitely a fight down the line, please God,” he said.
